Quality of primary and higher education: TJI will leverage the existence of AIIMS, IIT Jodhpur, NLU and other universities & institutions in the city, to attract good teaching talent. It will create partnerships with global universities to attract visiting faculty.

Skill development: TJI will focus on promoting training and skill development programs by bringing major central government skill development programs to the city, which focus on the needs of the local industry, and work with national level certification bodies to tailor some programs based on the available skills in the city.
